Stoffi´s Garage Lambretta hydraulic front disc brake conversions

(Reprinted from Stoffis Garage literature. Click any image to view larger.)
In 1993, when the shop was opened, we did our first front disc conversion, based on the standard front disc brake (part nr. 205.003 for 119.98 EURO).

Due to the problem that it was very difficult in Austria and Germany to get orginal disc drums we have introduced 1994 our first outboard front disc on our lambretta group 6 racer. Since then it was modified a few times and is now our bestseller (part nr.205.004 for 289.98 EURO).

It is based on a standard front drum brake and the standard fork links (we need those parts in exchange), the drum is machined so that a new Grimeca disc fits, all the oil seals and bearings will be changed. The swinging arm for the new Grimeca caliper is screwed on the modifed fork links, where you can also use then front dampers. There is also an external speedo drive (part no. 205.000)
Brand new, after testing it more than one year on our bikes, is the ANTI-DIVE (part no. 205.008 for 358.98 EURO) disc conversion. The drum and the disc is the same, but the swinging arm is not mounted on the fork links, it has a bearing inside and is mounted on the fork itself. If you use your front brake, it will stop without using the whole way from the front suspension. Here we need your complete fork with drum and links.
There is also the possibility to make those disc conversions to a double one. It does not matter if it is an ANTI-DIVE or a standard one (doubles also the price).

We promise best quality on our parts and that is the reason why we have customers now all over the world using our brakes. It does not matter if it is a show-winning bike or a cutdown Lambretta for the race track.
